SA Hair & Beauty State Championships 2011

Congratulations Mahiki Hair!

Over 30 salons, 250 competitors and 900 entries battled it out in the 2011 SA Hair & Beauty State Championships. With over 250 competitors the competition and the standard of work was both fierce and extremely high the highest it's been in years.

The Championships were composed of 15 different sections which catered for both senior and junior apprentices and ranged from Ladies' & Men's cutting to Ladies' & Men's High Fashion Colour to Ladies' & Men's Catwalk/Runway fashion.

Mahiki Hair would like to congratulate Jodie Zerella, Lisa Robertson and Jessica Beltrame for an unbelievable effort. Mahiki Hair took out an amazing 16 wards including 7 First (1st) Places for Ladies Cutting, Senior Catwalk/Runway, Open Men's Catwalk/Runway, Open Ladies' Fashion Colour, Junior Men's Cutting, Open PM Total Look and Senior Ladies' Cutting.

Special congratulations to Jodie Zerella, Mahiki Hair's creative director, for winning both Open Ladies' Cut and Senior Catwalk/Runway for a third competition in a row.
